Idle Hands are The Devils Work

It's been a while since I've posted anything, mostly because not much has happened to me personally in the last while. I go to work, go home, eat, hang with Paul and Patch and we go to bed, only to do it all over again the next day. Now that the weather is a bit better we have been walking Patch, which is always a treat. The full-bred hound will pick up any scent and, nose to the ground, will follow it until found. He never finds anything, but always searches.

Last week was an exciting one - Jen and Owen welcomed baby Eilish into their lives, and into our family. I have seen her twice, and can tell you that she is perfect. Beautiful. Soft and sweet. Must be the Lane in her!

Paul, mom and myself went out for Paddy's Day on Saturday with the Grogans. Live music, Irish dancers, food and drink - it was a good day.

One of the singers was a friend of Paul's mom and dad. He was at our wedding, and Stag and Doe. He played Sonny's Dream and introduced the song to the audience as an old favorite. Then he told a story about a party he was at where everyone got up on their chairs to this song. Mom and I just about died! Then mom and Margaret got up on their chairs! It was a lot of fun.
